Step-by-Step Setup
- Insert Batteries: Open the battery compartment on the back of the remote and insert 2 AAA batteries with correct polarity.
- Power On: Point the remote at your Toshiba TV and press the POWER button to test functionality.
- Auto Code Search: Press and hold the SETUP button until the LED light turns on, then press POWER repeatedly until TV turns off.
- Code Lock: Press the SETUP button again to lock in the correct code for your TV model.
- Test Functions: Test volume, channel, input, and menu buttons to ensure all functions work properly.
- Additional Devices: Repeat the code search process for other devices (DVD, Sound System, etc.) using device-specific buttons.
- Final Check: Ensure all programmed devices respond correctly to remote commands.
